Rev. Jackie LaBarre is the Spiritual Leader of the Center for Spiritual Living Metro, a thriving online New Thought spiritual community serving the Washington, DC metropolitan area. With a deep commitment to spiritual growth, conscious living, and inclusive community, Rev. Jackie brings heartfelt leadership and transformative teachings grounded in the Science of Mind philosophy.
After several years of dedicated service as Assistant Minister, Rev. Jackie stepped into her current role to guide CSL Metro into its next chapter with vision, purpose, and love. Her ministry is rooted in spiritual practices such as affirmative prayer, meditation, and visioning, helping individuals awaken to their inner power and co-create lives filled with peace, purpose, and joy.
Known for her compassionate approach and clear spiritual insight, Rev. Jackie offers inspiring Sunday messages, transformative classes, and one-on-one spiritual coaching. Her work supports individuals in releasing limiting beliefs and embracing their true nature as divine, creative beings.
A founding member of the Connecticut Center for Spiritual Living, Rev. Jackie has helped establish and nurture spiritual communities aligned with the principles of New Thought and universal spiritual truth. Her leadership reflects the core teachings of Centers for Spiritual Living: that we are all one with the Infinite, that love is the greatest healing power, and that we each have the ability to create a life of meaning and connection.
Whether you’re exploring spiritual community, seeking personal growth, or looking for an empowering path grounded in love and principle, Rev. Jackie welcomes you to join the journey at CSL Metro.
With a deep reverence for the metaphysical interpretation of scripture, Rev. Jason draws heavily from the teachings of Neville Goddard, Ernest Holmes, Joseph Murphy, and other New Thought mystics, integrating their insights with the Bible and universal spiritual principles. His work emphasizes assumption, feeling, and inner alignment as the true engines of transformation—where the Word is not merely spoken, but lived.
Rev. Jason brings a unique blend of spiritual insight and professional acumen to his ministry. With a background in technology and systems thinking, he approaches spiritual growth with clarity, structure, and practical application. This allows him to translate timeless metaphysical truths into language that resonates with modern seekers—especially those navigating leadership, business, service, and personal responsibility.
As a practitioner and minister, Rev. Jason is known for his grounded presence and his ability to hold spiritual space with integrity and compassion. His teaching style invites reflection rather than performance, depth rather than spectacle, and embodiment rather than abstraction. Whether offering prayer, treatment, or instruction, his intention is always the same: to help individuals remember who they truly are and to live from that remembrance.
Rev. Jason became a licensed minister with Centers for Spiritual Living in 2026 and a licenced Spiritual Practitioner in 2023. He holds an MBA from the University of Redlands and an M.A. from Roosevelt University and has spent 20+ years working in solution engineering for several software companies.
He also serves the Richmond, VA metro area through gatherings found at https://www.meetup.com/richmond-science-of-mind.
Hi, I am Rev. Laura Rosewood and I am very happy to serve as a Staff Minister at CSL Metro. I first found Science of Mind over 30 years ago and immediately knew I had found my spiritual community. The inclusiveness in this teaching was exactly what I was looking for but it would be many years before I was ready to take a more active role in this teaching.
I became a licensed Practitioner in 2017 and licensed Minister in 2022. My first ministry as a Minister was at CSL Florida Gulfcoast. I was happy to serve as Spiritual Leader when Rev. Martin Presten moved on to Greater Orlando CSL. The pandemic had taken its toll on our Center and we had to let go of our building shortly before Rev. Martin left. I kept the congregation alive for a year but had to resign to care for my mother. I am deeply grateful for that experience and the humbling acceptance that I could not do it all. I know what I learned about ministry and myself in that amazing year as Spiritual Leader serves me well in my support position here at CSL Metro.
I have all kinds of letters I can place after my name but each only defines a past period in my life where I was searching for, and trying out different ideas of, who I am. I love and am proud of all my certifications and degrees. They are part of me and served me well in each phase of my life. I am currently in my most challenging program yet, and there is no degree, no letters to place after my name, no final date that will say I have passed. I am learning to be my authentic self and be open to love and Life, and all the joy and sorrow that brings. I am very grateful to have this loving community to share this journey with me.
Rev. Dr. Trish Hall found her spiritual home in the Science of Mind philosophy in the early 1980s. Upon walking through the doors of a Religious Science church, she immediately recognized the loving embrace of a spiritual community akin to the one she experienced as a child. This cross-cultural, inclusive community filled the gaps she had felt during her spiritual journey. From that moment, she fully embraced the teachings that unified her search for meaning into one practical, life-affirming philosophy.
Rev. Dr. Hall began taking classes and volunteering right away, leading to her licensing as a Professional Practitioner in 1991. She earned her Master of Divinity from Holmes Institute in 2000, received her Letter of Call in 2001, and completed her Doctorate in January 2024. Her scholarly and spiritual contributions include being a regular contributor to the Science of Mind Magazine.
Over the years, Rev. Dr. Hall has served Centers for Spiritual Living in numerous capacities: as a Regional Support Coordinator for 10 years, as Chair of the Lifelong Learning Committee (developing cutting-edge spiritual education), through the World Ministry of Prayer, and on the Global Services Committee.
After serving in two prior pulpits, Rev. Dr. Hall became the founding minister of the Center for Spiritual Living Metro in 2015, continuing her lifelong commitment to spiritual growth, inclusivity, and community transformation.
