Dear ones,

Today, there is a breeze and gentle rain. The air is cool and fresh, with the sweet smell of spring flowers. In the stillness of the morning, I connect with the nature around me.

Father sky, Mother Earth, God.

Many names for the One: One Power, One Presence, One Life.

I am One with this Life, the air that I breath, the water I drink, the nature around me.

I know this Truth for myself and for all others.

We are the One Life expressing forth right here, right now.

I take a moment to listen, to feel, to remember this wholeness and harmony.

In the stillness of this moment, I connect with the Power and Perfection that is everywhere present.

I declare that Life is Perfect, Whole, and Complete, just as it is.

I release any need to desire anything else, and simply welcome what is present now.

Just this. I welcome it like an old friend – familiar, comfortable, safe, and relaxing.

I declare that this presence surrounds, supports, and uplifts us, holding the Highest and Best for us now.

And so we simply breathe, and listen, and be.

I give thanks for this knowing, this truth.

Grateful for all that I receive from the One.

I release this word into the Law, knowing it returns to us complete. 

And so it is.
